This display module is a transmissive type color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This module is composed of the TFT LCD module, driver circuit, and back-light unit. The 5.0-inch resolution contains 800 (RGB) * 480 dots and can display up to 16.7 million colors.
